FXKinetic as a product was intially developed and conceived in 2005 and the course is now in its 4th version. FXKinetic is not a company itself, nor a financial services provider, however it does not need to be in order to facilitate education.  The add on service, being the ALERT service is deemed as advice, however it is not faciltated by FXKinetic, but rather through an affilation with its IB representatives, ACM Gold and Forex Trading, who hold an advisory Forex FSP licence (26164).

 

Valley Junction CC and Summer Lane Trading CC are also affiliate IB's of ACM Gold and hence earn a rebate of live trades. This regulation is also assured through ACM Gold's Category 1 FSP Licence.
